LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

All animals are guaranteed to be live, healthy, eating, and properly sexed. If you are not satisfied we will replace the animal for cost of the return freight, if notified within 24 hours after you receive the animal.

*The Live Arrival Guarantee is null and void if we are provided with incorrect shipping information or if someone was not home to accept the animal. Please be sure to provide us with correct and complete information. You are receiving a live animal and it is imperative this information be exact.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Paypal, money orders, and wire transfers. Full payment is required before an animal will be shipped. Any purchased animals will be held until funds have cleared. We will accept a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve any animal. Remaining payment is due in full within 30 days. If remaining payment is not received within 30 days, the animal will be relisted and you will forfeit your deposit. Purchase 3 or more animals from us, and receive a 10% discount.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ONLY ship via FedEx. We are now exclusively shipping via www.Reptster.com to save our customers as much as possible on shipping costs. We do NOT charge any additional shipping fees for handling or packaging.

TRADES

We will consider all trades on our animals. Trades must be a fair market value for animal. Under no circumstances will we ship first on a trade. Trade must be shipped to us for our inspection. If the animal(s) you wish to trade are not what was represented (through photos and descriptions) animal will be returned to sender at sender's expense. If the sender does not provide funds to return the animal(s) back to him within 7 days, we may list them for sale.
